Sweet deal on candy @ CVS!!!!

I went to CVS today and scored some SWEET deals on bagged candy..... I got ALL of this for $.91 oop after all my coupons and a $5 ECB. Wowza! (10 BIG bags of candy in all)

Seriously????

Wow. What do you think the chances of seeing THIS would be? After some of the recent stories from my fellow "couponers", I would have to say that if I ever saw this sign @ Walmart my heart would stop. For sure. No joke. Comments?????

Look what came in the mail!!!

Yay!! I was sooooo excited to get my free "Sample" from Green Mountain Coffee!!! I was even more excited when I opened the box and found a FULL size bag of coffee AND a free travel mug!!! MADE MY DAY!!!!! I'm a coffee drinker and free coffee makes me HAPPY!!!!!

Kroger run.... WOW!

Ok... I have looked forward to this Kroger run for a whole week.... seriously. When Kroger has a good sale week, they do it big time. No messin' around. I clipped and paired and calculated and re-calculated all my scenarios so many times, that I lost sleep for two nights. So here's how it went, my total before q's and Kroger Advantage Card Savings was $320. After q's and Savings Card my oop was $82!!! Lord have mercy! Here's a list of what I purchased. (I didn't take a picture of it all because it's sort of a mess... unorganized and squished into any freezer space that was available)

* 30 Marie Callander's pot pies

* 32 Healthy Choice Steamer meals

* 10 Marie Callander's Steamers meals

* 20 Healthy Choice Microwavable Soup cans

* 5 boxes of Pepperidge Farm Texas Toast

* 7 bottles of Dawn with Olay dish liquid

* 15 Totino's frozen pizzas

* 5 boxes of Totinos pizza rolls

* 5 Tombstone pizzas

* 1 Skinny Cow ice cream cup

* 2 Kraft Mac & Cheese cups

* 4 boxes of Swanson Chicken Broth

* 2 tubs of Athenos Hummus

* 1 bag of Sweet Potato chips

* 1 bunch of bananas

It sure doesn't look pretty in my freezer right now, but it will as soon as we eat it down a bit. I did get a rain check for the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls... hopefully I'll get those next week. :) How did you do this week @ your favorite grocery stores?

Did you get the $2/apples q from Food City???

Food City has a tear pad near the apples in the produce section... $2/any apples when you buy 2 Marzetti Caramel Dips. Go here and print a q for $1/1 Marzetti Caramel Dip!!! Wahoooo!! This should make for some really cheap caramel dip and free apples! Let me know if you come across any deals.

If you were one of the smart people that printed the $1.50/1 Smucker's q that came out a couple of weeks ago, you can score free jelly @ Food City this week!!! If you got multiple papers today (10/10) use the $1/1 Marcal q to score the paper towel rolls free @ Food City! I LOVE FREE!!! (In case you didn't know) :) Here's what I scored today:

*6 cans of Libby's veggies ($.39/can, use the $1/3 q and get 3 cans for $.17!)

*1 container of grits (for Amryn and I didn't have a q)

Gain moneymaker @ Rite Aid!!!

So, everyone that knows me, knows that I LOVE a free deal. Jasan (recent Honey Pot grad) just messaged me and let me know that Rite Aid is giving the overage on the Gain dish liquid. Here's how it works...

*Rite Aid has Gain dish liquid for $.89/each

*Use the $1/1 q from the 10/10 P&G

*Buy multiple dish liquids and use the overage toward other stuff that you need!!!

Food City has Libby's canned veggies for $.39/can starting 10/10. There was recently a printable q on coupons.com for $1/3 and also a $1/3 clippable that came out a couple of weeks ago. Use those q's to score 3 cans of veggies for $.17!!! I feel a stockpile trip coming on!!!!!!!!!

So... it's been a while.

I have had a super busy week and I haven't posted... ANYTHING! So sorry! Let me start out by saying a HUGE Thank-you to the awesome group from Freedom of Worship church. They had an amazing turn out Sunday afternoon for The Honey Pot Workshop. I really enjoyed getting to know all of you and sharing all the info I could with you! What a great time!!

Secondly, The Hair Gallery group hosted a really fun workshop last Monday night and I had a great time! Thanks so much to Jasan Rodriguez to getting all these Crutchfield people in on the coupon craze! I can't wait to see what deals you all are scoring!! SEND ME PICTURES!

And lastly, I had to enclose a picture of one of my Free CVS trips that I have had this week. Are you guys getting the $5 off any Halloween purchase q?? If you got it once this week, go back and scan your card again... it's printing again!!! With the q you can score Halloween socks for FREE, yes FREE and there is lots of other stuff to pick as well... candles, costume stuff and candy is even qualifying. Yay! Love me some CVS!
